Aluminum Foil Embossing Production Line

The line combines decoiling, engraved embossing rollers, recoiling and an electrical control system. It is configured for the required foil or sheet material and surface pattern.

Working Principle

Matched male and female metal rollers form raised or recessed patterns. Where patterns must align on both sides, matching counter rollers are required. Embossing depth is adjusted through the screw mechanism.
