Product Description
CNC Angle Iron Punching and Cutting Machine
The JACK-AIVA CNC Angle Iron Punching and Cutting Machine automates the preparation of steel angle components for HVAC duct flanges. It combines servo-controlled feeding, hydraulic hole punching and automatic cut-to-length in one machine.
Also described as a CNC Angle Steel Flange Production Line, the equipment processes equal-leg steel angles within the specified range of L30 × 30 × 3 to L50 × 50 × 5 mm. The standard material thickness range is 3–5 mm.
Operators enter the required processing length, hole spacing and quantity through the control system. The PLC and servo drive coordinate material positioning, punching and cutting, reducing repeated manual measuring and handling between operations.
The specified tooling includes 9 × 13 mm bolt-hole dies and Φ4.2 mm rivet-hole dies. Tooling for 11 × 15 mm bolt holes can be prepared as a custom configuration.
The machine has a specified feeding speed of 12 m/min and a length tolerance of ±0.5 mm at a workpiece length of 2,000 mm. Finished components are ready for subsequent flange-frame assembly according to the customer’s drawings.
Production Process
Angle Loading and Positioning → Servo Feeding → Bolt-Hole and Rivet-Hole Punching → Automatic Cut-to-Length → Finished Component Collection
The operator sets the required length, hole spacing and quantity before starting the production cycle.
The servo feeding system positions the angle steel for punching and cutting. Hole patterns are produced using the installed dies, and the material is cut into individual flange components.
Actual output depends on component length, hole quantity, hole spacing and the punching and cutting cycle times.

The specified 12 m/min is the material feeding speed. Completed-part output varies with the programmed hole pattern and cutting cycle.
The stated ±0.5 mm tolerance applies to workpiece length at 2,000 mm; it is not a separate specification for hole-position accuracy.
Bolt-Hole and Rivet-Hole Punching
The machine is configured to process the two hole types commonly required in angle-steel duct flange components.
Bolt Holes
The standard configuration includes one set of dies for 9 × 13 mm bolt holes. These holes provide connection points for assembling matching flange components according to the duct joint design.
Dies for 11 × 15 mm bolt holes can be prepared when required by the customer’s drawing.
Rivet Holes
The specified rivet-hole tooling produces Φ4.2 mm holes for the flange-to-duct attachment arrangement. One rivet-hole die set with five punch pins is included in the documented configuration.
Hole spacing and the required processing quantity are entered through the control system. Tooling selection should match the angle dimensions, material thickness and hole layout.

PLC Control and Servo Feeding
The PLC control system coordinates feeding, punching and cutting according to the entered production settings.
The servo motor drives material feeding and positioning. Operators can set the required processing length, hole spacing and quantity for each production job.
The system also includes self-diagnosis and production data statistics to support machine operation and production monitoring.
Machine Configuration
| Unit | Function |

Applications
The machine is suitable for preparing punched and cut steel angle components for:
- Rectangular HVAC duct flange frames.
- Ventilation duct connection assemblies.
- Angle-steel mounting and connection members.
- Equipment supports and brackets within the specified processing capacity.
- Custom angle components requiring repeated hole patterns and cut lengths.
The main configuration is specified for equal-leg angle steel. Requests involving flat bar, U-channel or tube profiles require a separate review of tooling, material support and processing capacity.
Why Choose This Machine?
Combined Punching and Cutting
Feeding, hole punching and cutting are coordinated in one production sequence, reducing transfers between separate machines.
