The pipe seam is by cold roll formed technology, without welding. The advantage of this solution is the lower cost if compared with pipe welding line.

The Square pipes are formed by roll forming technology, locked with straight seam. The normal feeding GI steel strip thickness is 0.4mm. The roll forming line is consisted of manual de-coiler, main roll forming machine, saw cutter, run-out table and electrical control system, etc.
