The prevention of vibration and noise of spiral duct during installation is simply analyzed
The spiral air duct is a thin wall pipe made of spiral seam with metal tape material. It is round, no welding, no leakage, no water leakage. It is mostly used for air supply and bulk material transportation, instead of the traditional white iron pipe (that is, manual iron pipe). It is a kind of air duct, full mechanism straight pipe without manual knocking.
The prevention of vibration and noise of the spiral duct in the installation process is mainly from the following aspects:
1. In order to prevent the vibration of the spiral air duct, a fixed bracket is set at the turning point of the spiral air duct in each system and the connection point with the fan and the tuyere.
2. The production, installation and connection of the spiral air duct with the parts are tightly connected, and there is no air leakage phenomenon, so as to avoid the noise of air leakage.
3. The fan and the spiral air duct are connected with a hose. The hose at the suction inlet of the fan should be installed with moderate tightness to avoid noise and vibration caused by soft loosening and reducing the area of the inlet and outlet.
